Our name embodies our mission and pays tribute to the oldest living culture in the world that is still present and thriving here in the Southwest of WA.
Our team is made up of Jayden Boundry and Dylan Shillito, brothers who have been working together and sharing culture together for many years and in many different capacities. Many of our family including our children, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and cousins, join us in workshops and traditional dance ceremonies throughout the year.
Together we are passionate about celebrating Noongar culture and creating opportunities to share our rich and beautiful culture with the wider community.
We see the incredibly positive impact that Noongar cultural education has on the community, and we have committed our focus to continuing this education and doing our part to celebrate and uplift our Noongar country, culture and people. Our aim is to use cultural education so that all people walk on country with caring hearts and thoughtful minds.
We work closely with a number of our Elders who teach and guide us in our cultural ways and practices.
We acknowledge that without our Elders we wouldn't be the strong cultural people that we are today, and we thank them for all that they have done and continue to do for us and our community.
Scroll down for a little bit more about us!
